The only information we ask for directly is what you type into our contact form: your name, your email address, your organization (optional), and your message. We use it solely to read and respond to your enquiry.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when a page is requested — the page requested, the time of the request, the browser and device type, and an IP address. This information is used to keep the site running, diagnose faults, and protect against abuse such as automated form submissions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use contact form submissions to build advertising audiences, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

We use a small number of vendors to run the site. Our hosting provider serves the pages, and an email delivery provider passes contact form submissions to our inbox. These vendors process information only on our instructions. Videos on this site are hosted by Vimeo and load only after you choose to play one.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, roughly where visitors come from, and which links they follow. This tells us what is useful and what is not. We do not use it to identify individuals, and we do not link analytics data to anything you send us through the contact form.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser's tracking protection.

Contact form messages are kept in our email system for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of our correspondence. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have additional rights. Write to us using the details below and we will respond.

This website is intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page.
